Responsibilities of our Industrial Engineer

• Develop and define strategies for shop floor scheduling to meet the planned throughput.

• Define strategies for monthly WIP setting, production target, so as to achieve globally set target of inventories days-on-hand (for ingot, WIP and Finished goods)

• Determine equipment capacity by applying time studies, under consideration of material flow details and process- and product influences.

• Focus on identifying potential improvements regarding capacity and material flow

• Define and update the strategy regarding yield and process time variation in order to ensure fulfillment of customer demand.

• Schedule ingot growing according to product mix and puller capacities

• Plan and execute ingot deliveries to international sites

• Make adjustments to the starts and ingot growing plans to manage changes in specs requirements

Requirements of our Industrial Engineer

• Engineering Degree

• Knowledge of logistic processes and systems in manufacturing

• Manufacturing process and product costing

• High level of PC skills

• Team management

• Knowledge in C++ and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
