About the role

We are seeking a Nursing Tutor to join the College of Nursing team. This full-time position will support the delivery of Diploma in Nursing and Post Basic programmes, with a focus on clinical education, curriculum implementation, and student development to produce competent registered nurses.

What you'll be doing

• Promote high-quality nursing care in clinical settings through the teaching of all aspects of nursing education
• Support the implementation of the Diploma in Nursing and Post Basic programmes to produce registered nurses
• Plan, organise, and coordinate learning experiences for students to ensure learning objectives are achieved
• Develop, analyse, implement, and evaluate nursing programmes conducted in the College of Nursing
• Collaborate with the nursing team from the clinical division in coordinating Diploma in Nursing and Post Basic programmes
• Act as a clinical expert in nursing education and programme development for the healthcare team
• Conduct classroom teaching in accordance with the curriculum and best practices in nursing outcomes
• Prepare, organise, and manage student assessments, examinations, and evaluations in both theory and practical components in a timely manner
• Participate in meetings and events related to nursing education with the Nursing Board, MOHE, MQA, and other external agencies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher, approved by the Nursing Board Malaysia
• Active Post Basic certification in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) in any field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a nursing school

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
