Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and expanding the company’s market presence.

The Business Development Manager will prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met. Daily activities include, pipeline management, performance reporting, and participation in networking events and industry activities. The individual in this position will work closely with senior leadership to contribute to strategic planning and achieve revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and sales planning.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and professional documentation.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or consulting is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
