Responsibilities

· Renovation Company

· Taking off Quantities

· Sourcing material & suppliers

· Liaise and negotiate with suppliers & contractors

· Prepare quotation for projects

· Variation Orders

· Attend meetings

· Preparation of Tender documents

· Evaluation of tender submission

· Award of contract

· Attend site meetings

· Certification of progress claims

· Final account

Years of Experience： Min 3 Years experience.
