Full Time Early Childhood Lecturer (Diploma in Early Childhood) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in College MCS Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive and professional relationships with students and continuously monitor their academic performance.
• Prepare and deliver teaching and training materials according to the approved timetable.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, assessment results, equipment usage, and related documentation.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical evaluations, and continuous monitoring.
• Develop, review, and update lesson plans and Work Instructional Materials (WIM) in accordance with the syllabus and guidelines set by JPK, as updated from time to time.
• Carry out administrative duties and any other tasks assigned by the College management.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field OR
• Diploma / Diploma Kemahiran / DLKM with minimum 5 years of relevant industry or teaching experience
• VTO (Vocational Training Officer) certification (or eligible to obtain)
• Induction Course as required by JPK
• Strong communication, documentation, and classroom management skills
