Full Time PMO Analyst Jobs, in SRKay Consulting Group Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports and management updates
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies and action items
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs and project documentation
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, testing activities and cutover preparation
• Monitor SIT/UAT progress and consolidate testing and defect reports
• Support project governance meetings and follow up on outstanding actions
• Assist with project budget, vendor, invoice and resource tracking
• Coordinate communication between business, IT, SAP teams and external vendors
• Support Project Managers with dashboards, presentations and project reporting

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project administration or project support
• Experience supporting IT, enterprise technology or digital transformation projects
• Exposure to SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout or support projects is preferred
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects, testing, data migration or cutover is an advantage
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Jira or Azure DevOps is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• PM certifications such as PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2 are an added advantage
