Full Time Operations Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,000 in OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

This is a 12-month contract role under Optimum Solutions.

This role supports our client, a leading Southeast Asian superapp that offers a wide range of services, including mobility, food delivery, and digital payments.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM. (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the registration process for drivers.
• Conduct physical vehicle inspections and coordinate vehicle handovers to internal and external parties.
• Resolve on-ground disputes and operational issues with drivers.
• Prepare driver handbooks and communicate relevant information to drivers.
• Perform data entry and inventory stock checks.
• Assist with ad hoc operational activities and gather feedback from drivers.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Possession of a valid Class 3A driving license.
