Build your career in recruitment as a Recruitment Executive. Work closely with our consultants to support Singapore-based clients in identifying and hiring the right talent. Gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and candidate engagement to interview coordination and stakeholder management, while developing strong professional relationships. Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

What You'll Do:

• Source and attract suitable talent through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Work closely with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, qualifications, and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-up communications between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Provide timely updates, feedback, and support to candidates throughout their hiring journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
• Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive and seamless recruitment experience.

What We're Looking For:

Any Bachelor's degree

Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
