Job Scope

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the TikTok LIVE Host team.
• Coordinate and arrange LIVE schedules, shifts, and host assignments.
• Monitor and record LIVE session schedules, attendance, working hours, and performance.
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly LIVE sales and GMV reports.
• Track sales performance, commission, targets, and other LIVE-related data.
• Assist LIVE Hosts with product information, pricing, promotions, and campaign details.
• Coordinate with the LIVE Host and sales team to ensure smooth LIVE sessions.
• Update and maintain product lists, sales records, host performance records, and other documents.
• Follow up on customer orders, sales-related issues, and operational matters when required.
• Communicate with LIVE Hosts regarding schedules, changes, campaigns, and company updates.
• Assist management in preparing reports and analysing LIVE sales performance.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new LIVE Hosts when required.
• Ensure all administrative records and documents are properly maintained.
• Handle other administrative and sales support tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in TikTok LIVE, e-commerce, sales admin, or social media is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with numbers, sales reports, and performance data.
• Organised, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and work closely with LIVE Hosts and the sales team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
