Full Time Senior Accounts Executive (construction company) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in GMP TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, payments, petty cash and financial reporting.
• Support the implementation, rollout and ongoing administration of Oracle NetSuite, including user training and system troubleshooting.
• Liaise with IT and external software vendors to resolve system issues and support system enhancements.
• Assist in customising financial reports for Japan Head Office, accounting standards, GST and income tax requirements.
• Support integration with banks, IRAS and vendors, including InvoiceNow implementation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for Japan Head Office.
• Support external audits, GST audits and income tax computations.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is required.
• Experience in accounting system implementation, user training and system support.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting, GST and tax requirements.
• Experience with audits, financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
