Operation Executive (Container Depot)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Manager with ensuring that all procedures and requirements are adhered to.

2. Ensure that work assigned to container coordinator leads / depot assistant & operating personned are fulfilled to required standards

3. Ensure smooth flow of daily operations and shortest turn time for truckers in the depot.

4. Attend to daily mail correspondences from customers.

5. Discuss and reporting to manager in any enhancement for daily operation and assist the manager in implementation of productivity initiatives.

6. Report to manager if there are any discrepancies, non-compliance, accidents or escalation from customers.

7. Assist the manager in maintaining the discipline in the depot.

8. Assist the manager upon requested and perform other duties and assignments as required.

9. Ensure equipment’s availability and procedural flow integrity and functionality.

10. Maintain customer’s requirements and confidence.

11. Observe performance and resolve difficulties pertaining to inadequate response to movement requirements and daily inventory supply.

Job Requirements:

• SPM/STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge requirements : Operational procedures, inventory management, transport scheduling, SOP compliance
• Skill requirements : Planning, reporting, coordination, customer service, supervisory skills

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
