Job Overview:

We are a growing recruitment and talent solutions agency supporting clients across Malaysian market.

We are looking for a confident, energetic and commercially driven Business Development Associate to help expand our client base and build strong relationships with businesses across the UAE and international markets.

What Will You Do:

• Identify and research companies with current or upcoming hiring needs.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, cold calls, email and networking.
• Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Directors, Founders and key decision-makers.
• Introduce our recruitment and talent solutions and understand client requirements.
• Schedule meetings and develop qualified business opportunities.
• Follow up consistently and support the conversion of prospects into new clients.
• Build long-term relationships and identify recurring and volume hiring opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Monitor market trends and identify new industries and business opportunities.

What Makes You A Good Fit:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment Sales or Agency Recruitment.
• Recruitment agency experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident engaging with senior decision-makers.
• Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated and commercially minded.
• Experience working with UAE or international clients is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, CRM / ATS and B2B lead-generation experience.
