Full Time QC ASSISTANT (JUNIOR EXECUTIVE LEVEL) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in CONTINENTAL RESOURCES SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Daily QC checks: Perform routine inspection on jerrycan blow moulding output (dimension, weight, thickness, leakage test, visual defects).
• Packaging inspection: Inspect jerrycan packaging materials against SI, SA, PO, or artwork requirements.
• Documentation: Report and file QC forms including raw material inspection, finished jerrycan inspection, and quality monitoring records.
• COA filing: Maintain Certificate of Analysis for incoming resin and packaging.
• Lab data review: Validate QC lab data, batch records, and specifications for compliance.
• Sample preparation: Prepare jerrycan samples for external lab testing or customer request.
• Production monitoring: Ensure blow moulding production meets standards and advise QA Executive on deviations.
• Material release: Conduct resin/raw material release and line clearance before production run.
• Acceptance decision: Accept or reject finished jerrycans based on QC results.
• Customer complaint support: Assist in handling quality issues, change controls, and investigations.
• GMP compliance: Follow GMP guidelines, conduct weekly GMP inspection, and maintain clean lab/workplace.
• Sample retention

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM
• Atleast 1 year of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
