Responsibilities
Jobscope
Developing and implementing detailed project plans, schedules and budgets
Coordinating and managing the activities of project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers
Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
Ensuring compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards and quality requirements
Communicating regularly with clients, stakeholders and management to provide updates and resolve issues
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions
Mentoring and developing junior members of the project team
What we're looking for
Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Deputy Project Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
Excellent project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations and safety requirements
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior team members
