Job Description

• Handle the company’s daily accounting and finance operations, including full set of accounts.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Handle and maintain invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and relevant financial analysis.
• Assist with tax matters, audits, and preparation of relevant financial documents.
• Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collection and payment.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure accounting records and financial documentation comply with Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal or other related fields.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant accounting experience, exposure to construction industry is relevant
• Competent in closing a full set of accounts.
• Experienced in IFCA Accounting Software is an added advantage
• Exposure to Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• Detail oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
