Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: -
Lead all business development efforts within the organisation
Develop and implement business development strategies and activities
Explore new markets and opportunities
Lead business development activities through cross-function collaborations
Keep abreast of market trends, industry events, competitors and clients' needs
Travel frequently and maintain rapport with potential clients
Prepare and maintain accurate updates on project progress, market developments and customer activities
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in product/ system specification within the construction or building materials industry.
Good knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering standards, and design compliance requirements within the Southeast Asian market.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Able to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings, engineering plans, and specifications.
Willing to travel for business assignments when required.
