Full Time Warehouse Executive Jobs, in GCP & Fosroc Singapore, Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage all warehouse and logistics operations within SCS Hub, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient inventory management, order fulfilment, receiving, storage, transportation coordination, and customer delivery execution while supporting inventory accuracy, service performance, and business growth.

Key Accountabilities:

Warehouse Operations Management

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are executed in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and resource utilization.
• Ensure operational targets and service levels are achieved.

Logistics Operations Management

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities managed by the Logistics Operations Coordinator.
• Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor delivery performance and transportation effectiveness.
• Support resolution of logistics and delivery-related issues.

Inventory Management

• Own inventory accuracy within SCS Hub.
• Monitor stock integrity, location accuracy, and traceability.
• Review inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure cycle counts and stock takes are conducted according to schedule.
• Support inventory optimization and stock reduction initiatives.

Customer Order Fulfilment

• Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Support achievement of OTIF service targets.
• Coordinate closely with Demand Planner and CSO on order fulfilment priorities.
• Manage urgent and critical customer delivery requirements.

Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Warehouse Lead, Logistics Operations Coordinator, and warehouse operators.
• Allocate resources according to operational requirements.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Support employee training and development activities.

Safety, Health & Environment (EHS)

• Ensure compliance with Saint-Gobain EHS policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture within warehouse and logistics operations.
• Conduct workplace inspections and safety reviews.
• Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.

5S & Housekeeping

• Drive implementation and sustainability of 5S practices throughout SCS Hub.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse organization, cleanliness, and material identification.
• Support warehouse audits and corrective action implementation.
• Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and storage locations.

Performance & KPI Management

• Monitor warehouse and logistics operational KPIs.
• Review OTIF performance, inventory accuracy, productivity, and service metrics.
• Analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Prepare operational reports for management review.

Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)

• Lead and participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Support implementation of process improvements and best practices.
• Drive initiatives that reduce waste and improve customer satisfaction.

System Compliance

• Ensure warehouse and logistics transactions are accurately processed in Infor M3.
• Support ERP process compliance and data integrity.
• Monitor transaction discipline across warehouse and logistics functions.
• Support system stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.

ESG Commitment

• Support Saint-Gobain ESG and sustainability objectives.
• Promote responsible use of resources and waste reduction initiatives.
• Support environmentally responsible warehouse practices.
• Conduct business activities in accordance with company values, ethics, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain field
• Experience in managing end-to-end supply chain and warehouse management or related activities
• At least 3 years of supply chain work experience.
• Willing to be based in SCS Hub - No 5, Jalan Utarid U5/13, Seksyen U5, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor.
