Duties and Responsibilities
Engage with customers and understand their needs.
Provide customers with accurate information about products and services.
Support marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows.
Assist with customer acquisition and sales activities.
Collect customer feedback and share relevant market insights with the team.
Work with team members to meet campaign objectives.
Represent client brands professionally when engaging with customers.
Attend company training and coaching sessions.
Requirements
Interest in marketing, customer engagement, or sales.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and receive training.
Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
