Job Overview

We are looking for qualified and licensed doctors based in Malaysia from various medical specialties to join MantraCare's freelance healthcare provider network.

Doctors will provide online/teleconsultation services to MantraCare clients and patients based on their specialty, availability, and clinical expertise.

We welcome applications from doctors across multiple specialties, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional online medical consultations to patients.
• Assess patient concerns and provide appropriate medical advice within the scope of your specialty.
• Review relevant medical history and information provided by patients.
• Provide clinical recommendations, treatment guidance, and referrals where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient consultation records.
• Follow applicable professional, ethical, and clinical standards.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data privacy.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients.
• Coordinate with MantraCare's healthcare and operations teams when required.
• Be available for consultations based on mutually agreed schedules.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical registration/license to practice in Malaysia.
• Relevant clinical experience in the respective specialty.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable providing consultations through digital/telemedicine platforms.
• Professional, patient-focused, and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work independently as a freelance healthcare professional.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for teleconsultations.

Engagement Model

• Freelance / Part-Time engagement
• Flexible consultation hours based on mutual availability.
• Remote/teleconsultation-based work.
• Compensation will be discussed based on specialty, experience, consultation volume, and engagement terms.
• Doctors may choose their availability based on the requirements of the platform and agreed engagement.
