We’re looking for a motivated team member to join our Online Sales team. Whether you already have sales experience or are willing to learn, we provide the training and guidance to help you grow.

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and social media.
• Assist with online sales activities, customer follow-ups, and order coordination.
• Host TikTok & Facebook Live for 2 hours daily or learn Live Hosting with our training.
• Use AI tools to improve customer communication, follow-ups, and sales.
• Support the marketing team during campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in Online Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, Retail Sales, Live Hosting, or related roles is an advantage.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and social media.
• Confident, friendly, and comfortable talking to people.
• Willing to learn and improve, especially in online sales and Live Hosting.
• Proactive, positive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Comfortable using social media and willing to learn AI tools.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
