Full Time PROJECT QAQC Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in YU TONG DYNAMIC SDN BHD Kedah - Maukerja

The QA/QC Engineer shall be responsible for implementing, coordinating and monitoring all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for the project to ensure that all works, materials and construction activities comply with the approved drawings, specifications, method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), project quality requirements and applicable standards.

The duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

Material Submission & Approval

· Prepare, coordinate and submit Material Approval Requests and relevant technical documents to the Consultant/Client for review and approval.

· Ensure all materials proposed and delivered to site comply with the approved specifications, drawings and project requirements.

· Maintain and update the material approval and inspection status.

Material Inspection

· Coordinate and conduct material receiving inspections at site.

· Verify materials against approved submissions, specifications, delivery orders, certificates and other relevant documentation.

· Ensure proper records and documentation are maintained for all material inspections.

Inspection & Testing

· Coordinate and attend site inspections with the Consultant/Client and relevant parties.

· Prepare, submit and follow up Inspection Requests (IR), inspection records and relevant quality documentation.

· Coordinate required testing, inspections and laboratory tests in accordance with the approved ITP and project requirements.

PQP / ITP / Quality Documentation

· Prepare, review and update the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements and other quality-related documents as required.

· Ensure inspection and testing activities are carried out in accordance with approved PQP, ITP, Method Statements and project specifications.

· Maintain proper QA/QC records, inspection reports, test results, checklists and quality documentation.

QA/QC Meetings & Coordination

· Attend and participate in QA/QC meetings with the Client, Consultant, subcontractors and relevant project personnel.

· Coordinate and follow up on outstanding quality issues, inspections, submissions and corrective actions.

· Provide regular updates on the status of quality-related matters.

Site Quality Monitoring / Line Walk

· Conduct regular site inspections and line walks to identify workmanship issues, defects, non-compliances and potential quality concerns.

· Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.

· Monitor compliance of ongoing works with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and quality requirements.

NCR Management

· Identify, raise and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to subcontractors for non-compliant works or materials.

· Monitor and follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive actions by subcontractors.

· Review supporting documents and evidence submitted for NCR closure.

· Coordinate and follow up with the Consultant/Client for NCR verification and closure.

Quality Compliance

· Ensure all construction activities are carried out in compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes, standards and contractual quality requirements.

· Liaise with the Project Manager, Construction Team, Subcontractors, Consultants and Client on all quality-related matters.

Reporting & Record Keeping

· Prepare QA/QC reports, inspection status reports, NCR status reports and other quality-related reports as required.

· Maintain proper filing and traceability of all QA/QC documentation throughout the project.

Other Duties

· Perform any other QA/QC-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or directed by the Project Manager or Management from time to time in the interest of the project.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
