Location: Pulau Indah, Selangor

Job Purpose
To manage and improve day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient, accurate and compliant delivery of HR services across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Malaysia employment laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
• Manage onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion and employee movement processes.
• Monitor manpower, overtime, absenteeism and HR operational costs.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and workplace grievances.
• Develop and improve HR SOPs, workflows and service standards.
• Provide HR operational support and guidance to HR teams and business units.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics for management.
• Supervise and develop HR officers/executives.

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of experience in HR Operations/Manufacturing/Logistics.
• Min Diploma in Business Admin/Human Resource or any related field.
