What This Role Offers
Basic salary from $2,200 - 2,400
Team-based monthly commission: Average $300 – $500 per month. Up to $700 – $800 during peak periods.

10 days annual leave
Opportunity to gain exposure across nearby stores for added learning and cross-training
Working Hours
5-day work week
44 hours per week
Scheduled within 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM based on retail roster
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers on the shop floor and understand their needs before recommending suitable products
Provide professional service while supporting upselling and cross-selling efforts
Contribute towards store sales targets as part of the team
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and display arrangement
Support cashiering duties when required
Maintain store presentation and assist with daily store operations
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Customer-oriented and comfortable engaging with shoppers
Able to work retail shifts based on roster
Experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles will be an advantage
Additional Information
Retail Associates may be deployed to nearby stores from time to time for cross-training or to support operational needs
Only candidates with valid eligibility to work in Singapore will be considered.
