Advanced Audio Visual & Unified Communications Technologies

• Experience in supporting enterprise-grade AV, Unified Communications (UC), and collaboration technologies in large multinational environments.
• Expert-level experience with Cisco Webex Room Kit EQ, Room Kit Plus, Room Bar, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Surface Hub, Lenovo ThinkSmart Core, Neat Bar Pro, Poly Studio X Series, and Zoom Rooms.
• Strong expertise in SIP, H.323, VoIP, WebRTC, Direct Guest Join, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, and hybrid meeting technologies.
• Experience integrating AV solutions with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, Teams Admin Center, and enterprise identity platforms.
• Ability to design, deploy, and optimize conference room technologies ranging from huddle spaces to executive briefing centers and auditoriums.

Executive Meeting & Critical Event Support

• Provide white-glove AV support for Executive Leadership Team meetings, Board meetings, customer briefings, regulatory reviews, investor presentations, and global town halls.
• Lead AV operations for high-visibility events supporting onsite, remote, and hybrid participants across multiple geographies.
• Perform pre-event technical validation, risk assessments, contingency planning, and live event command-center coordination.
• Support live streaming, broadcast production, webcast events, recording services, and multi-location telepresence sessions.
• Provide rapid incident response during executive meetings with strict SLA and minimal business disruption.

AV Infrastructure Engineering & Integration

• Configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise AV infrastructure including DSPs, audio processors, control systems, codecs, matrix switchers, and digital signage platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp Tesira, Shure DSP, Sennheiser, Logitech Rally, and enterprise control systems.
• Perform AV rack installations, cable management, structured cabling validation, and endpoint integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, firmware, software, and network-related AV issues across global sites.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and permanent corrective actions for recurring AV incidents.

Advanced Audio Engineering

• Configure and optimize echo cancellation, acoustic treatment recommendations, microphone tuning, and audio DSP programming.
• Troubleshoot complex audio issues including feedback loops, latency, packet loss, jitter, and signal interference.
• Support beamforming microphones, ceiling microphone arrays, wireless microphone systems, and multi-zone audio deployments.
• Ensure optimal audio experience for hybrid collaboration environments.

Video & Display Technologies

• Support enterprise video walls, LED display systems, projection systems, digital signage, interactive displays, and large-format displays.
• Manage video routing, switching, content sharing, wireless presentation technologies, and multi-display environments.
• Diagnose and resolve video synchronization, resolution, EDID, HDCP, and signal distribution issues.
• Optimize camera framing, intelligent tracking, presenter tracking, and AI-powered meeting experiences.

Networking & Security for AV Systems

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, multicast, DNS, DHCP and network troubleshooting methodologies.
• Work closely with network and security teams to ensure AV systems operate within corporate security standards.
• Perform network analysis using packet capture tools and AV monitoring platforms.
• Support AV device security compliance, firmware lifecycle management, and vulnerability remediation.

Monitoring, Automation & Analytics

• Manage enterprise AV monitoring platforms including Cisco Control Hub, Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management, Crestron XiO Cloud, Logitech Sync, and similar technologies.
• Configure proactive monitoring, alerting, health dashboards, and room utilization reporting.
• Analyze AV performance metrics and implement continuous service improvements.
• Utilize PowerShell, APIs, automation scripts, and monitoring tools to streamline AV operations.

Preventive Maintenance & Service Excellence

• Conduct proactive room certification, preventive maintenance, lifecycle assessments, and technology refresh planning.
• Maintain room readiness targets and achieve high availability across all collaboration spaces.
• Develop operational runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure all AV assets are accurately tracked within CMDB and asset management systems.

IT Service Management & Governance

• Manage incidents, requests, changes, problem records, and knowledge management activities using ServiceNow.
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews for enterprise AV changes and upgrades.
• Develop service improvement plans and execute governance initiatives to improve user experience.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices, audit requirements, and corporate standards.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Act as technical lead between AV vendors, system integrators, facilities teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage vendor performance, maintenance contracts, escalations, and service reviews.
• Review technical designs, Statements of Work (SOWs), project plans, and implementation deliverables.
• Support global AV deployment projects, office relocations, technology refreshes, and infrastructure upgrades.
