Full Time Sales Support cum Customer Service Assistant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in SINOTRON UNITED PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Summary

Participate in sales growth by managing overseas client relationships, performing sales calls, and supporting the sales team with accurate product information and order processing for Sinotron’s photocopierconsumables.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls to overseas clients to generate and follow up on sales opportunities
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email & messenging apps to provide product brochures, catalogues, and detailed information
• Maintain and update the prospective client database to ensure accurate sales tracking
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all company products and services to support client inquiries and sales efforts
• Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and pricing calculations to facilitate smooth sales transactions
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments to support sales activities as needed
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to provide full operational support and contribute to team goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service
• Strong sales pitching skills, particularly over the phone, to engage and persuade clients
• Enjoy engaging with people and delivering excellent customer service
• Highly independent, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Work location: Sin Ming Midview City (walking distance from Bright Hill MRT station)
• Work schedule: 5-day work week; 8:30am–6:00pm (Mon–Thu), 8:30am–5:30pm (Fri)
• Annual leave: 14 days
