Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk-management plans.
Manage project managers and cross-functional project teams.
Monitor project progress, costs, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Manage clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Review and approve project plans, reports, and key deliverables.
Manage project changes, issues, risks, and escalations.
Provide regular project performance reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant standards.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
Conduct project reviews and ensure proper project closure and lessons learned.
Act as a key point of contact between management, clients, internal departments, and external parties.
Manage expectations and communicate project status.
Conduct project meetings and steering committee updates.
Handle stakeholder concerns, escalations, and conflicts.
Ensure decisions and action items are properly documented and followed up
