Job Highlights

• Working hours: 5.5 days' week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday, 9am to 1pm).
• Working Location: Farrer Park and/or Novena (ability to travel to either work locations).

About the Opportunity

Our ENT specialist clinics provides high quality treatments relating to Ear, Nose and Throat conditions.

What You'll be Doing

• Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic.
• Register patients and provide frontline customer service.
• Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
• Operate Clinic Management System (CMS).
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor.

What We Are Looking for

• Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
• Past experience in outpatient operations and/or with valid nurse practising certificate preferred.
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements.
• Computer literacy.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
