Role Description

The Junior Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. This position supports face-to-face marketing campaigns by engaging with potential customers, presenting brand messages clearly, and assisting in customer acquisition activities. Daily tasks include learning product and service details, participating in campaign planning, setting up and managing on-site marketing booths or events, and tracking basic performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with senior team members, following brand guidelines, providing feedback from the field, and contributing to a positive, professional work environment.
