Job Description Summary

Our business division is expanding rapidly. We are looking for candidates to join us and be part of our success story.

Manage and coordinate suppliers to meet company's goals in regards to quality, delivery and cost. Achieve quality and productivity through implementation of quality strategies and programs. Maintain and establish proper documentation and quality specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Candidates will be responsible for full spectrum of shipping document process including generating a complete flow of work in the export and / or import documentation.
• Ensure prompt delivery to the buyer.
• Knowledge with Letter of Credit (LC) preferable.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead.

Education/Experience

• Possess at least post graduate Diploma/BSc/BA in supply chain, logistics or relative field is a plus
• Computer savvy with knowledge of MS office (such as word, excel and etc)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Pro active. Team player and meticulous with strong initiative.
• Able to work under fast pace environment
