- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and team management
- Ensure good customer service and handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Monitor food quality, inventory and control operational costs
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations
- At least 2‑3 years of F&B restaurant management experience
- Good English communication skills
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Possess good leadership and problem‑solving abilities
