Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country sales strategy to hit revenue and gross profit targets
• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team
• Build strategic relationships with key customers and decision-makers
• Track performance, manage budgets, and report to management

• Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong track record driving revenue growth and team performance
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and coaching skills
