Responsibilities:

• Processing and managing customer orders, quotations and sales documentation with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinating sales activities and liaising between sales representatives, head of sales, internal departments and occasionally with customers
• Maintaining comprehensive customer databases and updating records to ensure information accuracy
• Handling customer inquiries and providing responsive support to resolve issues promptly
• Preparing sales reports, performance analytics and market-related documentation
• Scheduling meetings, site visits and product demonstrations for the sales team
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse team on stock requirements
• Supporting the development and implementation of sales initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Maintaining organized filing systems and ensuring compliance with company procedures and documentation standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales administration, client support or similar administrative role, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems or sales management software
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and data entry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in supporting sales objectives
• Knowledge of FMCG products, distribution channels or customer management practices is advantageous
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment
