RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales of vehicles by conducting focused customer presentations and effective to test-drive experiences to highlight the product features, functions, and benefits of all vehicles.
Provide professional and high-quality customer service in accordance with Vince Group SG standards to improve customer satisfaction and promote brand loyalty.
To follow up on all leads provided diligently and effectively to maximize conversion to physical showroom walk-in and test drive.
To be a Vince Group SG brand ambassador for our products which also includes being involved in the production of media content for communication purposes.
To attend all needed training sessions internally/externally and actively participate in training to ensure maximum learning.
REQUIREMENTS
Only Singaporeans
Have a passion for cars and the automotive industry.
To be a highly self-motivated individual with the ability to find solutions effectively.
Right attitude and excellent communication skills.
Possesses selling and negotiation techniques.
High customer and service orientation.
Able to work rostered shifts including weekends.
