Full Time Scrum Master Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in ZOM-IN Federal Territory - Maukerja

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and process-driven Scrum Master with 2+ years of experience to empower our cross-functional engineering and product team. You will be responsible for driving Agile best practices, facilitating smooth sprint execution, removing technical and operational impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation: Lead daily standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to keep the team aligned and productive.

Team Execution & Velocity: Partner with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is healthy and groomed, helping the team break down work and commit to realistic sprint goals.

Impediment Removal: Proactively identify, track, and clear blockers (technical dependencies, third-party integration delays, environment issues) that hinder the development team.

Agile Coaching: Coach the engineering team and business stakeholders on Scrum/Kanban principles, engineering best practices, and collaborative ways of working.

Process Metrics & Transparency: Track and communicate key team delivery metrics (velocity, burndown charts, lead/cycle times) using Jira to drive team performance improvements.

Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with other tech teams, QA, and DevOps to manage dependencies and support smooth deployment cycles.

Required Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment (fintech/tech domain preferred).

Agile Tool Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence for workflow management, sprint tracking, and team reporting.

Strong Facilitation Skills: Ability to keep meetings focused, resolve conflict constructively, and foster an environment of trust and transparency.

Understanding of Software Delivery: Familiarity with modern software development practices (CI/CD, automated testing, microservices).

Preferred Qualifications

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or equivalent certification. Prior experience working within financial services or regulated technology environments.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
