Cloud9 is looking for a friendly, responsible and service-oriented Beautician to join our team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with clients, takes pride in providing good service and is willing to learn and grow with us.

Job Scope

•⁠  ⁠Perform facials, lash & brow services, skin treatments and laser hair removal

•⁠  ⁠Conduct basic consultations and understand each client’s skin concerns and needs

•⁠  ⁠Provide professional recommendations on suitable treatments and products

•⁠  ⁠Explain treatments, aftercare and recommended treatment frequency clearly

•⁠  ⁠Ensure clients are comfortable throughout their treatment

•⁠  ⁠Maintain high standards of customer service at all times

•⁠  ⁠Handle client requests, enquiries and service-related concerns professionally

•⁠  ⁠Take before-and-after photos and update client records where required

•⁠  ⁠Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools and equipment

•⁠  ⁠Assist with basic housekeeping, inventory and day-to-day outlet duties

•⁠  ⁠Follow company SOPs, treatment protocols and hygiene standards consistently

Requirements

•⁠  ⁠Pleasant, friendly and outgoing personality

•⁠  ⁠Service-oriented, responsible and hardworking

•⁠  ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills

•⁠  ⁠Clean, organised and attentive to details

•⁠  ⁠Able to follow company standards and SOPs

•⁠  ⁠Able to work independently and as part of a team

•⁠  ⁠Willing to learn new treatments, products and techniques

•⁠  ⁠Beauty certification and/or relevant experience is a bonus

•⁠  ⁠Candidates with less experience but a good attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
