Full Time IT Support Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Crt Manufacturing Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to all employees.
• Troubleshoot computer, laptop, printer, hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure computers, software, printers and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi and internet connection issues.
• Provide support for Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, email and user accounts.
• Monitor and maintain company IT equipment and systems.
• Assist in maintaining CCTV, attendance system and other IT-related equipment.
• Perform basic data backup and ensure important company data is properly maintained.
• Maintain records of IT assets including computers, laptops, printers and other devices.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when technical assistance is required.
• Set up computers, email and system access for new employees.
• Provide basic guidance to employees on IT systems and cybersecurity awareness.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of IT Support experience will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, networking and system maintenance is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and provide support to users.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
