JOB DESCRIPTION

• Attend to incoming phone calls and emails from customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies when handling customer interactions.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective, open, and engaging communication.
• Assist the superior in delivering a high-quality customer service experience.
• Follow up on job progress and provide customers with regular and timely updates accordingly.
• Handle, clarify, and resolve customer enquiries and complaints effectively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer information, records, and interactions accurately in the system.
• Take initiative to engage with customers and provide proactive support whenever required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Willing to learn and develop skills in phone handling, active listening, and customer service techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Internship duration: 6 months (September 2026 – March 2025).

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 per month
