Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in ABDAN PRESTIGE HOLDING SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Taking off quantity, controlling and monitoring accessories/materials needed for the project
• Assists on submission of sample to client / consultants.
• To ensure the payment certificates and variation orders are issued in a timely manner.
• Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims and verify the sub-contractor's monthly claims.
• Prepare cost estimates for projects.
• To raise purchase requisition and liaise with procurement department for issuance of PO.
• To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
• Handle tender documentation and contract administration.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in QS/Building or related field.
• Minimum 1 -2 year of working experience in civil and structure/building construction field or other related field.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
