We're Hiring: Recruitment Consultant (Fresh grad welcome)!

Join us as a Recruitment Consultant and play a key role in connecting talented candidates with career opportunities while supporting the hiring needs of Singapore-based clients.

You’ll be involved throughout the recruitment process, from identifying and engaging candidates to managing interviews, stakeholder communication, and candidate relationships. Develop your recruitment and business skills in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment where your performance is recognized and rewarded.

Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

Your Role:
Find and connect with potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates across different roles.
Work closely with Singapore-based consultants to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Keep candidates updated and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS.
️ Build meaningful candidate relationships and deliver a positive recruitment experience.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
HR or HR internship experience is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with the ability to work independently
Driven, proactive, and comfortable working towards KPIs
Motivated by performance-based rewards
