This established multinational company based in Kuala Lumpur who is looking for a Senior Manager, Service Management (Finance) to join its dynamic business

Your new role

You will be responsible to ensuring effective delivery management, finance governance and performance reporting across the Finance Shared Services.



What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working in shared services, Global Business Services (GBS) or BPO/service delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of service management, including SLAs, KPIs, performance reporting, issue management, and dashboards.
• Knowledgeable in finance and procurement operations, RTR/ P2P/ OTC processes, and able to identify performance trends and operational risks.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting business migration and continuous improvement initiatives would be an advantage.
