Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Executive role based in Singapore. will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and development projects, working closely with senior project managers, site teams, and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with project scheduling, tracking progress against milestones, coordinating logistics, and ensuring materials and resources are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project coorinator or project manager in the interior or construction industry
• Inspection-related skills, including supporting site inspections, quality checks, and documentation of findings.
• Logistics management skills, such as coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, and optimizing resource allocation.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Proficiency with basic project management and office software (e.g., MS Office, project scheduling tools).
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.
