Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Attend site visits and site meetings with clients, main contractors, and interior designers
- Take site measurements and verify installation areas against drawings and site conditions
- Coordinate and supervise acoustic panel installation works on site
- Plan installation schedule and arrange workers / subcontractors
- Monitor installation quality, alignment, and finishing to meet company standards
- Check material delivery, quantity, and site inventory
- Update as-built / site records and report progress to Project Manager
- Handle site issues, defects, and rectification works
- Ensure site safety and housekeeping standards are maintained
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in construction, interior fit-out, or site installation supervision
- Skills: Able to read and interpret basic construction / interior drawings and site measurements.
- Knowledge: Familiar with site coordination, installation methods, and basic building site practices
- Traits: Detail-minded, deadline-driven, solution-oriented, able to communicate with clients and contractors
- Willing to travel to sites
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
