Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Engineer
Salary:
$3,000 - $3,500+ (Based on Experience)
Location:
Jurong East
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Monthly Rest Days: 6
Responsibilities:
Perform QA activities for precision manufacturing operations
Maintain and support Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with ISO 9001 standards
Support CAPA, corrective actions, and quality improvement activities
Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis
Conduct quality inspections and monitor manufacturing processes
Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and supporting documentation
Support internal and external audits
Perform CMM and precision measurement activities
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
Relevant QA/QC experience in manufacturing or precision engineering
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS requirements
Familiar with CAPA and corrective action processes
Knowledge and experience in CMM measurement
Experience in the medical, semiconductor, or aerospace industry is preferred
Good understanding of precision manufacturing and quality control processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
