Full Time Dental Front desk-Admin Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,400 in ASIA HEALTHCARE DENTAL PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organised and responsible Dental Front Desk / Receptionist to support the daily operations of our dental clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will help ensure appointments, payments and front desk duties are handled smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients upon arrival.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and patient enquiries.
• Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments.
• Coordinate appointment changes, cancellations and follow-ups.
• Assist with patient registration and update patient records accurately.
• Collect payments and issue receipts.
• Process CHAS, MediSave, insurance and other applicable claims where required.
• Ensure payments and transactions are properly recorded in the clinic system.
• Handle daily cash collection and assist with end-of-day reconciliation.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, outstanding payments or treatment schedules.
• Communicate treatment-related information provided by the dentist clearly and professionally to patients.
• Coordinate with dentists, dental assistants and other clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception and waiting area.
• Assist with basic administrative duties, filing and documentation.
• Manage incoming deliveries, correspondence and clinic supplies when required.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with clinic policies and PDPA requirements.
• Assist with other operational duties assigned by the Clinic Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a dental, medical or healthcare front desk role is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable communicating with patients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn clinic management systems.
• Able to handle payments and administrative work accurately.
• Organised, responsible and able to multitask in a busy clinic environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work retail hours, including evenings and/or weekends where required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dental clinic software.
• Familiarity with CHAS, MediSave and dental insurance claims.
• Able to communicate in additional languages or dialects to assist patients.
• Previous customer service or healthcare experience.
