We are a preschool in Bishan seeking a dedicated and qualified
Early Childhood Educator (English, L2)
to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences in accordance with the centre’s curriculum and educational philosophy
Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
Support children’s holistic development through purposeful play, inquiry and exploration
Observe, assess and document children’s learning and developmental progress
Build warm and positive relationships with children
Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child’s progress and well-being
Work closely with fellow educators and centre leaders
Participate in school events, learning journeys and centre activities
Maintain high standards of classroom organisation, safety, hygiene and care
Support the centre in meeting relevant regulatory and operational requirements
Requirements
ECDA-certified L2 English Teacher / Educator
Relevant Early Childhood qualification recognised by ECDA
Strong command of spoken and written English
Genuine passion for early childhood education
Warm, patient and nurturing disposition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to professional growth and long-term development within the early childhood sector
