About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and solutions-driven Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, build, and support automation and digital solutions that improve business processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the user experience across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, recommend suitable technologies, and deliver scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess opportunities to automate and improve business processes
• Recommend suitable technologies and solutions based on business needs, scalability, and long-term value
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on technical options, benefits, and risks
• Design automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies
• Develop and maintain applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and related platforms
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system specifications
• Support the full development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Build user-friendly applications and portals that enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain database solutions using Azure and SQL technologies
• Monitor and support existing automation and application solutions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint
• Experience in application design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies
