Job Description
- Oversee the overall business operations and strategic direction of the catering and food distribution company.
- Develop business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets.
- Manage key functions including operations, sales, procurement, logistics and customer relationships.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets and operating costs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage employees and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience, preferably in catering, food distribution or F&B.
- Strong leadership, business management and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of operations, budgeting, procurement and business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English.
