Responsibilities
We are looking for a high-performing salesperson to join our team, and we will reward you for your hard work and results.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound telemarketing calls using leads provided by business partners.
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Ensure all calls comply with regulatory requirements, company policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
At least 2 years of outbound call centre, telesales or telemarketing experience.
Experience in banking, insurance or the financial services industry is preferred.
BCP, PGI and Health Insurance (HI) certifications are required.
