Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategies to acquire SME deposits and grow the SME deposit portfolio.
- Develop personalized deposit solutions for SME clients based on their unique needs and business objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with SME clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within the SME segment and leverage partnerships for mutual growth.
- Monitor and report on the performance of SME deposit products, making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
- Collaborate with the Retail Deposit Lead to cross-sell and develop integrated solutions for SMEs.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic factors, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
