Job Description

• Keep daily business operations running seamlessly across multiple departments through proactive coordination and workflow management
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange logistics for internal and external engagements professionally and efficiently
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation with accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail
• Maintain well-organised digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient record management and easy retrieval at all times
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to support project coordination, follow-ups, and stakeholder management effectively
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure all deadlines are consistently met across the business
• Assist with data entry, basic financial tracking, procurement documentation, and continuous improvements to administrative workflows
• Monitor operational performance and proactively highlight areas for process improvement to enhance overall business efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,400.00 - $4,300.00 per month
